Question 1

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

You can start by filling out the Get a Quote form or contacting us directly. After learning about your company and export profile, we'll schedule a call with you.

Question 2

How long does it take to organize my first shipment?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the product, route, and required documents. Once we receive your request, we'll share a timeline tailored to you.

Question 3

Can I use just one service, or do I need the whole process?

Accepted Answer

We offer our services individually or as a full package. We define the scope together, based on your needs.

Question 4

How does your pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing varies based on shipment volume, transport mode, and service scope. We need to understand your company and export profile to provide a firm quote.

Question 5

Is the cost calculator on the site a firm quote?

Accepted Answer

No. The calculator uses general assumptions to compare your own staff's estimated cost with the outsourced model. Contact us for a firm quote.

Question 6

Are there hidden or additional fees?

Accepted Answer

We clearly state every item included in the scope at the quote stage; we don't apply surprise charges.

Question 7

Do you file the customs declaration yourselves?

Accepted Answer

No. Filing a customs declaration is a representation authority reserved for licensed customs brokers. We coordinate this process end-to-end through our network of contracted, licensed customs brokers.

Question 8

What happens if there's an issue during shipment?

Accepted Answer

We actively track the process and, if any issue arises, immediately inform you and coordinate with the relevant parties toward a resolution.

Question 9

Do you arrange cargo insurance?

Accepted Answer

Based on your request, we evaluate cargo insurance options and coordinate the process.

Question 10

Which documents do I need to prepare myself?

Accepted Answer

You provide the product and invoice information; we take care of preparing documents like the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin.

Question 11

Do you also handle documents like A.TR and EUR.1?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we track and manage certificate of origin processes on your behalf.

Question 12

Should I use you instead of hiring my own export staff?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your volume and needs. For companies with low-to-medium shipment volumes, hiring full-time staff is usually more expensive — you can compare using our calculator.

Question 13

Can you work alongside my existing export staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can coordinate with your existing team and support specific processes (e.g. freight organization, customs clearance coordination).

Question 14

Do I need to deal with the forwarder or customs broker myself?

Accepted Answer

No. Freight and customs clearance are both part of the single package — we handle day-to-day communication and coordination with the forwarder and customs broker. We're your one point of contact; you don't have to manage multiple vendors separately.
